We provide several class choices to fulfill your body’s needs, choose your class today or you will make another excuse not to exercise. Excuses are for people who don’t want it bad enough. Boxing

Boxing is a sport and martial arts that displays two participants with similar weights competing with each other using their fists in a series of one or three minute intervals called rounds.

Muay Thai

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is a hard martial art from Kingdom Thai. Muay Thai is similar to the style of martial arts from Indochina, such as the pradal serey from the Cambodian region, Tomoi from the Malaysian region, lethwei from the Myanmar region and Muay Lao from the Laos region.

Yoga

Yoga is an activity of the body and mind that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to improve mental and physical quality. Posture or sequence of movements and breathing are the two main components of yoga

Haymaker Workout

Movement from functional training is a simple movement that is similar to daily activities. The tool used is very simple or without tools. This type of exercise is usually done to facilitate the daily activities and minimize the prohibition of these activities.
